Client Services Specialist (Financial Services)

What you will do

• Address client concerns related to ATM management services.
• Investigate and resolve client issues by identifying and analyzing problems.
• Propose solutions and coordinate their implementation.
• Work with clients and internal teams to ensure service issues are resolved and client satisfaction is maintained.

Requirements

• Proven experience in client services or customer support.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Financial services experience and a bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field are preferred.
