What you will do

• Lead, motivate, scale, and support the mail-order pharmacy team.
• Develop and oversee strategies for efficient pharmacy operations and prescription fulfillment.
• Implement state and federal pharmacy regulations for prescription ordering, handling, and management.
• Maintain HIPAA privacy and security compliance, patient records, and FDA-mandated sanitary standards.
• Perform pharmacist duties including drug utilization reviews, medication label checks, patient counseling, and drug information reviews.
• Collaborate with pharmacy, facility, fulfillment, and product teams on operating procedures and new product launches.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy required; a doctorate is preferred.
• 4–6 years of experience in a pharmacy supervisory role managing licensed and registered pharmacists and pharmacy technicians.
• Effective knowledge of state and federal pharmacy laws, rules, and regulations.
• Active pharmacist license in the applicable state, or willingness to obtain one, is required.
• Licensed or willing to become licensed in multiple states.
• English proficiency, Windows-based computer proficiency, effective communication skills, and flexibility to work different shifts.
