What you will do

• Operate a high-volume retail pharmacy processing more than 3,500 prescriptions per week.
• Collaborate with the Pharmacy Manager, pharmacists, technicians, pharmacy care representatives, store leaders, and regional leadership.
• Lead workflow, quality control, staff readiness, training, and career planning activities.
• Maintain prescription-processing systems and automated equipment, including RxEVO, RxIMS, ScriptPro, and Kirby Lester.
• Oversee third-party prescription adjudication, drug utilization reviews, inventory management, and controlled-substance inventories.
• Verify prescriptions, counsel patients, administer immunizations, support health screenings, and serve as a preceptor.

Requirements

• Pharmacy education with a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy degree.
• Current registration with the Texas State Board of Pharmacy and timely recertification.
• Texas State Board of Pharmacy-certified immunizer; preceptor certification after one year of pharmacy practice.
• Expert knowledge of pharmacy production systems, counting technology, point-of-sale tools, and pharmacy management procedures.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, organizational, leadership, and prioritization skills.
• Availability for rotating shifts, weekends, travel to assigned-region stores, and extended periods of standing or sitting.
