Director, National Site of Care (Biotechnology)

Location: Home based in the United States, with approximately 60% national travel.

Base salary: $205,000–$255,000 USD per annum, plus discretionary bonus and equity.

What you will do

• Recruit, lead, coach, and develop Site of Care Account Leads across the United States.
• Lead national account segmentation, prioritization, account planning, and readiness assessments for organized care groups and priority treatment centers.
• Drive implementation planning, activation, launch readiness, and removal of adoption barriers.
• Manage selected strategic accounts and engage executive, clinical, operational, financial, and population health stakeholders.
• Gather market intelligence on care delivery models, reimbursement, organized care economics, competitive developments, and site-of-care trends.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Patient Engagement, Sales, and Clinical Operations to support launch objectives.

Requirements

• 10+ years of biotechnology or pharmaceutical experience; CNS, neuroscience, or psychiatry experience is preferred.
• Significant experience with health systems, organized customer accounts, or site-of-care engagement.
• Proven first-line leadership experience managing field teams.
• Strong coaching, talent development, customer-facing, and executive presence capabilities.
• Experience supporting complex product launches and navigating matrix environments through influence.
