Events & Field Marketing Manager (B2B SaaS)

Location: New York, NY, USA; on-site role.

Base salary: USD 150,000–200,000 per year plus equity of USD 50,000–75,000.

What you will do

• Own and grow a high-quality Slack community for CFOs, Controllers, and senior finance operators.
• Act as the approachable first point of contact and maintain a healthy, well-moderated community.
• Plan and deliver roundtables, panels, webinars, and meetups end to end, including topics, speakers, logistics, promotion, and follow-up.
• Partner with marketing, product, growth, and sales to turn community and events into pipeline.
• Translate community insights into input for content, events, and product decisions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in community, events, or marketing.
• Experience managing a Slack or similar community and understanding what keeps it healthy.
• Strong organization, self-direction, and comfort with ambiguity.
• Confident communication with senior finance professionals.
• High agency and a strong work ethic.
