Growth Marketing Manager (Fintech)

Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Chicago, IL or New York City, NY

Salary: $140,000 - $190,000 USD + equity

What you will do

• Own outbound campaign activation end-to-end, partnering with Revenue and SDR teams.
• Design and execute growth experiments across paid, email, LinkedIn, and lifecycle channels.
• Manage pipeline metrics including qualified leads, meetings booked, and marketing-attributed pipeline.
• Build and optimize the demand funnel, including landing pages, conversion paths, and nurture sequences.
• Develop and run account-based marketing (ABM) programs for new verticals.
• Use AI tools to analyze campaign data and communicate insights to leadership.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in growth, demand generation, or performance marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or fintech.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Chicago or New York City for this in-office role.
• Proven track record of building and running campaigns that generated measurable pipeline.
• Fluency with modern growth stacks including analytics, CRM, and marketing automation tools.
• Strong data analysis skills with the ability to visualize and present findings clearly.
• Bias for action and experimentation in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience marketing technical or infrastructure products to developer or fintech buyers.
• Familiarity with payments, stablecoins, or financial infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with Apollo or comparable sales-intelligence tools.
• Proficiency with AI-assisted tools for data analysis and reporting.
