What you will do

• Direct and manage operations and feature development from initiation to closure within budget and resource limits.
• Organize team response to restore normal production operations in case of failures and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Negotiate, define, and manage the project scope and communicate client business needs to the team.
• Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely revisions to meet changing requirements.
• Forecast and track budgets, manage project profitability, and ensure timely invoicing.
• Mentor team members, promote performance, and support their professional growth.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in IT project management.
• Knowledge of Waterfall/Agile Project Management and IT Service Management.
• Understanding of project financials, including profitability, revenue, margins, and resource utilization.
• Experience with offshore and remote teams management.
• Proficiency in JIRA Service Management, MS Project, and MS Excel.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Nice to have

• Prior experience with support environments and/or the ITIL framework.
