Material Coordinator/Handler II (Manufacturing)

Location: Gloucester, MA, United States; second shift, Monday–Friday, 3:00 p.m.–11:30 p.m.

Salary: $18.00–$24.80 per hour

What you will do

• Locate, audit, receive, transfer, and prepare kits, parts, and other materials for delivery, including to cleanroom environments.
• Perform cycle counts, maintain inventory records, and process nonconforming, excess, obsolete, reworked, transferred, or scrapped materials.
• Monitor shortages, review work orders, verify vendor deliveries, and replenish line-side bins when required.
• Process inventory transactions in Oracle, SAP, or other inventory systems.
• Operate pallet jacks, electric pallet jacks, forklifts, vans, trucks, or overhead cranes as assigned while following safety protocols.
• Train other Material Coordinators as required and follow documented business processes.

Requirements

• Developed skills for performing day-to-day material coordination and handling activities.
• Ability to recognize and solve typical problems independently using established options.
• Understanding of how assigned duties relate to the wider team and connected functions.
• Ability to communicate information effectively and follow safety standards and documented procedures.
• Availability for the second-shift schedule, Monday–Friday, 3:00 p.m.–11:30 p.m.
