Manufacturing Coordinator, Avionics (Second Shift)

Location: Onsite in Long Beach, California, United States; second shift, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM.

Salary: $19–$38 per hour, depending on coordinator level and qualifications.

What you will do

• Coordinate avionics hardware flow through harness, electromechanical, and battery assembly operations.
• Stage materials, components, tooling, and kits for upcoming builds.
• Track work orders, hardware readiness, assembly documentation, and production status.
• Identify and escalate material shortages, tooling issues, quality holds, and documentation gaps.
• Maintain build reports and align production priorities with scheduling, engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing leadership.
• Package completed avionics hardware and coordinate downstream handoffs and storage.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work the second shift and evenings or weekends when required for critical mission milestones.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds unassisted.
• Must be a U.S. person under applicable export-control regulations or otherwise eligible for deemed export licensing.
• U.S. person status includes U.S. citizenship, U.S. nationality, lawful permanent residence, or granted asylee or refugee status.

Nice to have

• At least 2 years of experience with MRP or ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• At least 2 years of Smartsheet experience.
• Forklift experience.
• Strong attention to detail and a self-starting approach.
