Manufacturing Coordinator, Integration (Second Shift)

Location: Onsite in Long Beach, California, United States. Second shift: 2:00 p.m.–10:30 p.m.; evening and weekend work may be required for critical mission milestones. The role requires eligibility for U.S. export-controlled information as a U.S. person or through deemed export licensing.

Salary: $19–$38 USD per hour, depending on coordinator level and qualifications.

Develops next-generation commercial space stations, including the Haven station program, to support human presence, microgravity research, manufacturing, and the space economy.

What you will do

• Coordinate and monitor component movement through purchasing, receiving inspection, inventory, and manufacturing work centers.
• Ensure material deliveries, outside processing, and production activities meet schedule timelines.
• Support logistics operations by optimizing workflow staging and coordinating shortage management.
• Maintain accurate system data with Supply Chain, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams.
• Generate reports covering requirements, milestones, and limitations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Escalate part shortages, purchase-order delays, BOM discrepancies, and other blockers to the appropriate teams.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• At least 2 years of experience with MRP/ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• At least 2 years of Smartsheet experience.
• Strong attention to detail and a self-starting approach.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lb unassisted.
• Must be a U.S. person under export-control regulations or otherwise eligible for deemed export licensing.
