Staff Nurse, Specialty Pharmacy - H&W Non-Store Operations (Specialty Pharmacy)

Location: Onsite at 2354 Commerce Park Dr, Orlando, Florida 32819, United States

Hourly wage: $28.00–$42.00 per hour. Additional premiums may range from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.

hirify.global’s Specialty Pharmacy team provides patient-centered support for people with complex medication needs, combining clinical expertise with technology.

What you will do

• Educate and train patients on injectable specialty therapies and medication use.
• Provide telephonic and video case management to support medication compliance.
• Assess patient administration techniques and address medication concerns.
• Coordinate medication shipments and facilitate timely delivery.
• Maintain multi-state nursing licensure and complete required continuing education units.

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse license in the state of practice.
• At least one year of nursing or related experience.
• Experience with patient education and case management.
• Strong knowledge of specialty medications and infusion techniques.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Certification in Oncology Nursing, or at least two years and 2,000 hours of adult oncology nursing experience.
• Home care or telephonic nursing experience.
• Specialty disease certification, such as Multiple Sclerosis or Oncology.
