Strategy and Operations, Future Platforms Associate/Sr Associate (AI)

Location: New York City, United States; in-person work at the office 4–5 days per week is required. Travel of approximately once per month for around three days is also required.

Salary: $110,000–$130,000 for the Associate role; $120,000–$170,000 for the Senior Associate role.

What you will do

• Own and scale core parts of the deployment motion, including scoping methodology, migration readiness, and product requirements.
• Analyze engagement data, retrospectives, and direct observations to identify drivers of deployment timelines, costs, and quality.
• Model future operating requirements, identify scaling constraints, and plan capabilities ahead of demand.
• Define priorities, timelines, and success metrics, then drive execution across Product, Engineering, Partnerships, and Delivery.
• Lead one or two customer-facing engagements to validate deployment processes and recommendations.
• Translate engagement patterns into product roadmap requirements and help hire, onboard, and ramp the deployment team.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, product management, or founder/operator roles at high-growth startups.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Experience designing and implementing processes or systems that continue to work independently.
• Strong technical intuition demonstrated through a STEM degree or equivalent technical background.
• Ability to manage complex projects end-to-end, operate autonomously, and influence internal and external stakeholders.
• Willingness to work in person at the office 4–5 days per week and travel approximately once per month.
