Location: Onsite in New York, United States; all full-time roles are in person at the SoHo office.

Salary: $100,000–$300,000 per year, plus equity.

hirify.global is building an AI-powered healthcare network connecting doctors, pharmacies, payers, and biopharma companies to help patients access medicines faster and more affordably.

What you will do

• Own live operational workflows and problems from diagnosis through launch, measurement, and iteration.
• Analyze data and frontline context to identify bottlenecks, form hypotheses, and define measurable outcomes.
• Design workflows that determine where AI can act reliably and where human judgment is required.
• Write specifications for internal products, automations, and AI agents in partnership with engineering.
• Build and evaluate prototypes, study failure modes, define quality standards, and design controls.
• Translate complex medicine access pathways into scalable systems and new product capabilities.

Requirements

• 2–10 years of experience in operations, consulting, finance, product, or another analytical, outcome-oriented environment.
• Track record of owning metrics and driving measurable improvements in complex workflows.
• Fluency with data and technical tools, including AI-assisted tools such as Codex or Claude.
• Strong judgment about automation, exception management, and quality evaluation.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to turn ambiguity into clear briefs and specifications.
• Bias for action, low ego, curiosity, and commitment to patient and provider outcomes.
