Location: Chicago, IL; office-based. Applicants must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States. Visa and immigration sponsorship is not available.

Compensation: $23.00–$26.00 hourly

What you will do

• Provide welcoming, accurate, and efficient service to walk-in customers.
• Identify consumer and business customers’ financial goals and recommend appropriate deposit and banking products.
• Process customer transactions accurately and balance daily activity.
• Resolve customer issues and build long-term relationships through follow-ups, outbound calls, referrals, and partner collaboration.
• Educate customers and refer them to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships.
• Follow operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED plus at least one year of customer service experience or qualifying military service, or a bachelor’s degree.
• Demonstrated customer service, communication, presentation, sales, relationship management, and banking skills.
• Current authorization to work full-time in the United States is required.
• Immigration and work-permission sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• At least one year of customer service experience in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales.
• Cash handling experience.
• Comfort with mobile services, online banking, and other technology.
• Bilingual Spanish proficiency.
