Customer Experience Banker (Bilingual Spanish) - Addison/Elston, Chicago, IL

Location: Office-based in Chicago, IL; applicants must be authorized to work full-time in the United States.

Salary: $23.00–$26.00 per hour

What you will do

• Provide customer service to walk-in customers and resolve issues effectively.
• Identify customer financial goals and recommend suitable deposit and banking products.
• Grow consumer and business relationships through follow-ups, outbound calls, referrals, and a structured sales process.
• Process customer transactions accurately and balance daily activities.
• Educate customers and refer them to other bank services to deepen relationships.
• Follow operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED plus at least one year of customer service or relevant military experience, or a bachelor's degree.
• Customer service, sales, communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
• Comfort using mobile and online banking technologies.
• Ability to handle cash and process transactions accurately.
• Bilingual Spanish proficiency.
• Current authorization to work full-time in the United States; immigration sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• At least one year of experience in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales.
