Client Experience Associate Bilingual Spanish Preferred

Salary: $40,500–$67,500 per year, plus incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Deliver customer experiences that support financial wellbeing, loyalty, and share of wallet.
• Process customer interactions and educate clients on options for managing financial transactions.
• Identify banking opportunities and refer customers to appropriate branch staff and products.
• Engage customers in the branch lobby and support proactive service-to-sales conversations.
• Use product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems and complete teller and branch operations accurately.
• Follow policies, procedures, and risk-management requirements while managing daily transactions.

Requirements

• Typically less than one year of related experience or relevant product knowledge.
• High school diploma or GED may be sufficient; no university degree is required.
• Knowledge of banking products, branch banking, customer service, and customer experience practices.
• Accuracy, attention to detail, effective communication, problem solving, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Work onsite in Florham Park, New Jersey.
