We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst / Requirements Engineer to join an international banking project focused on an AI-powered FAQ / chatbot solution.
The role involves close collaboration with banks, technical teams, and business stakeholders to define requirements, improve chatbot quality, and support releases in a regulated banking environment.

Responsibilities
— Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
— Prepare user stories, use cases, and functional specifications
— Coordinate with banks and project stakeholders
— Maintain and ensure the quality of FAQ content within the CMS
— Work closely with the development team on chatbot integration
— Analyze user behavior and feedback
— Improve response quality, accuracy, and user experience
— Prepare project status reports
— Support release planning and documentation
— Ensure requirements align with banking regulations
— Participate in an agile Scrum environment

MUST HAVE
— Proven experience as a Business Analyst / Requirements Engineer
— Strong requirements analysis and documentation skills
— Strong stakeholder management experience
— Strong communication and analytical skills
— Experience working in agile / Scrum environments
— Fluent English
— Good German is a plus
