Senior Business Analyst (AI)

Location: Fully remote from the European Union region; Bulgaria, Poland, or Romania. A work permit is required.

What you will do

• Lead and structure Discovery phases, transforming business needs and opportunities into clear scope, requirements, assumptions, risks, and solution directions.
• Define the business analysis approach, select suitable methods, and plan analytical activities in line with project objectives.
• Design and facilitate workshops with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, UX/UI Designers, Architects, and engineering teams.
• Translate business needs into requirements, user flows, business rules, process models, and preliminary backlog items.
• Identify dependencies, unknowns, assumptions, risks, and gaps while shaping future-state processes, project scope, delivery plans, and roadmaps.
• Communicate recommendations and decisions to technical and business audiences while using and critically validating AI-assisted analysis tools.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Business Analyst and/or Product Owner in complex digital or IT projects.
• Hands-on experience in Discovery, requirements elicitation, process modelling, user-flow analysis, business rules, backlog creation, estimation, and delivery planning.
• Strong workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work with incomplete information, uncertainty, dependencies, risks, and changing project needs.
• Solid technical understanding and experience collaborating with Architects, Developers, QA Engineers, UX/UI teams, and distributed cross-functional teams.
• Fluent English and the right to work in the European Union are required.

• Structured GenAI usage within the software development lifecycle, including workflows, prompt patterns, or tool integrations.
• Interest in AI-supported analysis, documentation automation, and workflow optimization.
