Senior Business Analyst (Healthcare)

Location: Minsk, Belarus; onsite, remote, or hybrid. Remote work is possible from any location.

What you will do

• Elicit, analyze, and document business, functional, system, and non-functional requirements from clinical, administrative, payer, and IT stakeholders.
• Create user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, BRDs/FRDs, SRSs, process flows, wireframes, and functional specifications.
• Analyze clinical and administrative workflows, identify gaps, and contribute to solution design with architects, developers, QA, and project teams.
• Define integration requirements and collaborate on APIs, data flows, and internal or external system integrations.
• Support healthcare compliance analysis, backlog refinement, UAT/SIT, implementation, go-live, and business-user adoption.
• Participate in healthcare discovery and presales activities, including requirements discovery, scoping, estimates, proposals, and customer presentations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience on custom software projects, including 1–2 years on healthcare projects.
• Strong requirements elicitation, formalization, documentation, business process modeling, and system analysis skills.
• Knowledge of healthcare workflows, EHR/EMR and related system landscapes, data privacy, HIPAA, and applicable healthcare regulations and standards.
• Experience across the full software development lifecycle and with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and/or Waterfall delivery models.
• Understanding of software architecture, APIs, integrations, and data flows at a Business Analyst level, plus experience leading workshops and managing stakeholders.
• English at B2+ or higher is required, including spoken and written communication with technical, business, and clinical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with EHR/EMR platforms, HL7/FHIR interoperability, telehealth, payer, or health insurance systems.
• Clinical operations, health informatics, IT consulting, or enterprise software implementation background.
• CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent certification.
• Experience with UML, Jira, Confluence, complex enterprise integrations, change management, or external customer collaboration.
• Arabic language skills.
