Business Analyst (AI)

Location: Patras, Greece; hybrid working model.

What you will do

• Analyse business processes, identify bottlenecks and delays, and propose improvements and automation opportunities.
• Create workflow charts and diagrams, assess process and system capabilities, and write specifications.
• Gather requirements, define scope and use cases, document business rules, and clarify domain terminology.
• Conduct impact analyses for requirements and change requests.
• Maintain process and system analysis documentation.
• Liaise with stakeholders, departments, and cross-functional IT teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business analysis, operational research, mathematical modelling, statistics, data analytics, or a related field, or two years of relevant hands-on experience.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-influencing skills.
• Experience with data analysis and modelling, BPMN, and change management.
• Excellent knowledge of Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
• Basic experience with or knowledge of machine learning and artificial intelligence.
• Knowledge of Python for maintaining and updating an existing application.

Nice to have

• Business Analyst, Agilist, Scrum, Lean/Six Sigma, aCAP, or other relevant certifications.
• Familiarity with brainstorming and collaborative methods and tools.
