What you will do
- Collaborate with business teams to translate needs into clear data specifications.
- Adapt AI solutions, configurations, prompts, and data schemas for international country-specific requirements.
- Monitor and evaluate the accuracy and business impact of AI models.
- Work with data teams to improve data quality, enrichment processes, and feature engineering.
- Act as a bridge between business, data, and IT to ensure consistent understanding of AI outputs.
- Provide training and guidance to users on utilizing AI capabilities effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Financial Services, or Business Analytics.
- 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, in Insurance Operations, or as a Data Analyst.
- Hands-on exploratory experience with LLMs or AI-driven platforms.
- Proven structured business, data analysis, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in English along with at least one or more other languages.
- Must be based in Barcelona, Spain to support a hybrid work model.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Insurance products and business processes.
- Experience in data integration, API workflows, or data engineering concepts.
- Experience in process automation.
