Senior Salesforce Business Analyst

Location: Hybrid work in Poznań, Kraków, Opole, Wrocław, Lublin, Warszawa, Katowice, or Gdańsk, Poland

What you will do

• Lead discovery workshops with business stakeholders to identify pain points, process gaps, and transformation opportunities.
• Translate business needs into user stories, functional specifications, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Configure Salesforce objects, fields, record types, page layouts, permissions, Flows, reports, and dashboards.
• Coordinate communication between business users, developers, architects, and QA throughout delivery.
• Run demos, UAT sessions, and change enablement activities with client teams.
• Support solution scoping, effort estimation, pre-sales activities, mentoring, and internal Business Analysis standards.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in CRM or Salesforce projects.
• Strong hands-on Salesforce configuration knowledge, including Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
• Experience running workshops, writing user stories, and documenting complex business processes.
• Understanding of CRM processes such as lead-to-cash, opportunity management, case management, field service, partner management, or customer onboarding.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery, Scrum or Kanban, and tools including Jira and Confluence.
• Salesforce Administrator certification and very good English at C1 level are required.

Nice to have

• Experience Cloud or Industry Clouds experience.
• Interest in Agentforce, Salesforce AI, and AI-powered CRM and service processes.
• Business Analyst, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Service Cloud Consultant certification.
