What you will do
- Deliver end-to-end HR services across the employee lifecycle, including pre-hire checks, onboarding, data changes, leave, benefits, compensation, and terminations.
- Review and approve daily HR system transactions and prepare employment-related legal documents.
- Maintain accurate employee records and support audits, government surveys, and reporting.
- Analyze HR service data, identify trends, and recommend process improvements and simplification.
- Educate and coach HR generalists, managers, and employees on HR processes, systems, and new platform rollouts.
- Support HR Global Services projects, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and outsourcing activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant area or demonstrated competence.
- Typically 2–4 years of experience in HR or a related discipline.
- Knowledge of HR programs, policies, processes, and employee lifecycle operations.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications.
- Analytical, problem-solving, communication, customer service, integrity, and confidentiality skills.
- Ability to handle low- to moderate-complexity HR cases and business issues within established guidelines.
