What you will do
- Provide functional support and issue resolution across HR systems.
- Perform system maintenance, updates, and continuous improvement activities.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and implement system enhancements.
- Support system and process changes throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Contribute to documentation, testing, and deployment activities.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in HR, HR technology, or related fields.
- Familiarity with HR systems such as Oracle, SuccessFactors, or ServiceNow.
- Understanding of HR processes including talent acquisition and payroll.
- Knowledge of Agile, Lean Six Sigma, or design thinking principles.
- Understanding of data privacy regulations like GDPR.
- Must be based in or able to work from Cyberjaya, Malaysia.
