CPS HCM Specialist

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end HCM processes, including employee and contingent-worker records and updates.
• Handle daily administrative operations and employee concerns while maintaining a strong customer experience.
• Participate in testing, identify issues, and support the seamless deployment of system changes.
• Document processes, maintain the knowledge base, create training materials, and train new members.
• Provide end-user support, T2 troubleshooting, and guidance on system functionality.
• Perform data validation, maintain reports and dashboards, and contribute to operational projects and process optimization.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as an HCM Specialist or in a similar role, with strong knowledge of HR processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft proficiency, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lead through influence, provide feedback, and contribute to process improvements.
