NSO Planner II (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Maintain Oracle work order release schedules and reschedule or complete discrete jobs as needed.
• Perform pre-shortage and work order variance analysis to improve component availability.
• Review MRP execution, reconcile supply and demand, validate master scheduling and PDS requirements, and maintain system accuracy.
• Manage Engineering Change Orders and Engineering Change Requests, including status reporting and disposition tracking.
• Coordinate with Finance, manufacturing, engineering, and shop-floor work centers to resolve WIP, material shortage, and special-project issues.
• Analyze inventory usage and stock levels, expedite shortages, support forecasting, cycle counting, and obsolete inventory management.

Requirements

• Expanded conceptual knowledge in the relevant planning or materials discipline.
• Understanding of key business drivers and their application to daily work.
• Ability to solve straightforward problems using technical experience, judgment, and established precedents.
• Ability to explain complex information clearly in straightforward situations.
• Ability to provide informal guidance to new team members without supervisory responsibility.
• Work location is Gloucester, Massachusetts; relocation is not eligible for this position.
