What you will do
- Drive growth in the construction and engineering industry through applied Industrial AI across the portfolio.
- Act as the industry domain expert and player coach during sales pursuits, partnering with sales, presales, R&D, and services teams.
- Prioritize near-term revenue opportunities and prepare sales teams for executive and customer workshops.
- Engage with customer decision-makers and end-users to identify value and shape account-specific solutions.
- Develop go-to-market approaches using embedded AI, packaged industrial agents, and accelerated customer-funded solutions.
- Influence industry, product, and go-to-market strategies while maintaining speed and quality of execution.
Requirements
- Significant practical and management experience in enterprise software within the construction and engineering industry.
- Several years of hands-on technical experience in the relevant industry, with a strong understanding of its technologies and challenges.
- Experience envisioning, defining, scoping, and scaling commercial solutions.
- Ability to demonstrate proven customer value in a business and commercial context.
- Leadership and management experience, with an understanding of industry trends and financial drivers.
- Relevant bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, or a related field is desirable.
