Program Manager, IP Product (AI)

Location: Hybrid, based in Santa Clara, California; Austin, Texas; or Toronto, Ontario

Salary: $100,000–$500,000 per year, including base and variable compensation targets. Actual compensation depends on experience, skills, education, background, and location.

Tenstorrent develops RISC-V CPUs and AI accelerator IP for integration into customer silicon, along with the software, compiler, platform, and networking technologies supporting AI computing.

What you will do

• Own coordination and communication across customers, the IP Product Team, and Engineering.
• Align product milestones, deliverables, and customer engagement plans with product strategy.
• Drive actions to completion with architects, hardware design teams, software engineers, and product managers.
• Track program goals, objectives, deliverables, and progress against signed statements of work.
• Report status, progress, challenges, and corrective actions to senior management and stakeholders.
• Run program reviews and manage customer Service Level Agreements, escalation paths, and turnaround times.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering.
• Five or more years of experience in program management roles.
• Hands-on experience with IP products and architectures such as Arm, RISC-V, x86, AI accelerators, subsystems, or GPU IPs.
• Knowledge of AI technologies used in inference and training, semiconductor ecosystems, compute and accelerator IP markets, and customer design integration.
• Experience launching and managing complex IP products across their full lifecycle.
• Employment is contingent on eligibility to access U.S. export-controlled technology under applicable U.S. export laws.
