What you will do
- Develop detailed cost estimates across planning, tendering, and execution phases for an offshore PMC project.
- Analyze project scope, requirements, and risks to determine cost impacts.
- Prepare budget forecasts, cost breakdown structures, and estimates at completion.
- Support project decisions with cost comparisons and financial recommendations.
- Monitor cost variances and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain cost databases and estimation standards while contributing to value engineering and cost optimization initiatives.
Requirements
- 20+ years of overall experience in the oil and gas industry.
- 5–8 years of experience in offshore projects with FEED and engineering experience.
- Experience delivering mega-value projects exceeding $1 billion.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering is required.
- Experience working from the client office in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

- Previous experience with ADNOC projects.
