Construction Manager (Oil & Gas)

What you will do

• Lead Section Heads, Engineers, subcontractors, and construction personnel to complete the project on schedule and within budget.
• Manage multidisciplinary construction and completions activities in accordance with project specifications, drawings, standards, and procedures.
• Ensure safe execution and maintain effective relationships with clients, including responsibility for construction customer satisfaction.
• Support project planning, constructability reviews, and 3D model review sessions.
• Manage field RFIs, change orders, project records, delay documentation, and construction progress reporting.
• Build effective construction teams and maintain complete documentation of construction activities.

Requirements

• BSc or MSc in a relevant engineering discipline, ideally Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 20 years of total experience, including at least 7 years in Oil & Gas projects.
• Deep knowledge of construction management systems, processes, and tools.
• Awareness of engineering, procurement, construction, pre-commissioning, and commissioning activities.
• Experience with EPC projects involving ADNOC or an equivalent organization is highly preferable.
• Previous employment with a leading EPC contractor is highly preferable.
