Site Manager (Oil & Gas)

Location: Project site in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates; full-time onsite role

What you will do

• Lead Area Construction Managers, Section Heads, Engineers, subcontractors, and site personnel to complete the project on schedule and within budget.
• Manage multidisciplinary construction activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, drawings, safety standards, and applicable procedures.
• Maintain effective relationships with clients and support customer satisfaction throughout construction and completions activities.
• Support project planning, constructability reviews, and 3D model review sessions.
• Manage field RFIs and change orders, assist with change-order preparation, and document delays and project impacts.
• Report construction progress and maintain complete, accurate project records and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering; a master’s degree is beneficial.
• CCM or PMP certification.
• Experience with piping works, lifting activities, rotating and static equipment installation, and brownfield Oil & Gas operations.
• Experience supervising multiple disciplines, not only mechanical activities.
• At least 20 years of experience, including 10 years in a managerial role on Oil & Gas projects in the Middle East.
• Experience managing large-scale projects; previous ADNOC project experience is advantageous, and ADNOC approval is a benefit.
