Senior Business Analyst – Banking & Agile Expertise

Location: Lisbon, Portugal, with a hybrid work model allowing up to 2 remote days per week. Applicants must already have the legal right to work in the European Union.

What you will do

• Gather, analyze, and document detailed requirements with business stakeholders.
• Develop functional specifications, user stories, and story maps for delivery teams.
• Create test documentation and oversee test execution to support solution quality.
• Prepare and maintain functional and technical documentation.
• Use SQL and database models to support analysis and decision-making.
• Contribute to technical architecture discussions and proactively improve Agile project delivery.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong experience with requirements analysis, user stories, story mapping, and test documentation.
• Strong SQL and database modeling skills.
• Good understanding of technical architecture and Agile methodologies.
• French at C1 level and English at communicative B2/C1 level.
• Existing legal right to work in the European Union.

Nice to have

• Experience in banking or financial services.
• Familiarity with parametrization and configuration processes.
