What you will do

• Take ownership of Salesforce business analysis initiatives to support business growth.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive functional documentation.
• Collaborate directly with clients to gather requirements and define solutions.
• Deliver high-quality, scalable solutions using Salesforce capabilities.
• Utilize Commercial Order Management and Omnistudio for project implementation.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in Salesforce projects.
• Knowledge of Commercial Order Management and/or Omnistudio.
• Strong expertise in creating functional documentation.
• Client-facing profile with excellent communication skills.
• English: B2+ level required.
• Location: Based in Lisbon, Portugal (Partial Remote).

Nice to have

• Experience in the Telecommunications (Telco) industry.
• General technical knowledge of the Salesforce platform.
