Senior Business Analyst (Oracle)

Location: Portugal with a hybrid work model; candidates must already have the legal right to work in Europe.

What you will do

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications, user stories, and story maps.
• Create and maintain functional and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to align solutions with business needs.
• Support Level 2 troubleshooting and resolve complex application issues.
• Write and execute test cases to validate requirements and support project delivery.
• Use SQL and database knowledge to support analysis while working in Agile sprints and stand-ups.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Professional experience with Oracle systems and Level 2 support activities.
• Strong knowledge of requirements analysis, functional specifications, user stories, and story mapping.
• Good SQL skills and understanding of database models.
• Knowledge of technical architecture and Agile methodologies.
• Communicative English and French at C1 level required.

Nice to have

• Certification in Business Analysis or Agile methodologies.
