Technical Recruiter (Fintech)

Location: Remote; candidates must be based in Bulgaria, Poland, Romania, or Spain

What you will do

• Own full-cycle hiring for backend, frontend, and DevOps roles, from initial brief through accepted offer.
• Define candidate profiles, identify relevant talent markets, and build proactive sourcing pipelines.
• Source candidates directly and assess their relevance with sufficient technical depth.
• Lead stakeholder communication, secure timely hiring decisions, and manage offer conversations through acceptance.
• Use hiring evidence and numerical results to adjust profiles, search strategies, and interview processes.
• Work with senior decision-makers, including the founder, while shaping the developing technical hiring function.

Requirements

• Experience progressing from agency or hands-on sourcing into in-house technical recruiting with clear ownership.
• Demonstrated ownership of personally built pipelines, candidate qualification, stakeholder management, and successful hiring.
• Technical depth sufficient to explain how software is built and shipped.
• Numerical ownership of hiring results and the ability to connect outcomes with specific actions.
• Experience recovering difficult searches, challenging hiring decisions with evidence, improving recruitment processes, and closing difficult offers.
• Must be based in Bulgaria, Poland, Romania, or Spain.
