Senior Technical Recruiter (Fintech)

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for a high volume of technical roles, from sourcing through offer and close.
• Partner with Engineering leaders and hiring managers to define candidate profiles and hiring strategies.
• Build proactive technical talent pipelines through outbound sourcing, referrals, networking, and talent mapping.
• Manage multiple concurrent searches while maintaining hiring quality, velocity, and strong stakeholder relationships.
• Report on pipeline health, funnel performance, hiring progress, and recruiting risks using data.
• Use AI, recruiting technology, ATS reporting, and workflow improvements to increase recruiter productivity and candidate experience.

Requirements

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including hiring software engineers and other technical talent.
• Proven ability to manage a high volume of concurrent technical searches.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including influencing and advising Engineering leaders.
• Strong sourcing skills and experience building pipelines for difficult-to-fill technical roles.
• Experience with ATS reporting, funnel metrics, recruiting data, AI tools, and modern recruiting technology.
• Strong communication, organization, prioritization, and remote-team collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Recruiting experience in fintech, trading, brokerage, crypto, or other highly technical environments.
• Experience hiring backend, infrastructure, platform, API, data, or distributed systems engineers.
• Experience recruiting across multiple global markets.
• Experience with Greenhouse or similar ATS platforms and recruiting dashboards.
