What you will do

• Collaborate with customers to plan their annual Security Training and Assessment programs.
• Develop and execute implementation and communication strategies.
• Create and launch training assignments, assessment campaigns, and generate status reports.
• Resolve low-level technical issues pertaining to hirify.global Security software.
• Manage a portfolio of accounts and maintain detailed interaction logs in the CRM system.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong understanding of SaaS and mandatory excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and customer management skills.
• Ability to learn technical skills quickly and solve problems independently.
• Alignment with Pacific Time (PT) business hours.

Nice to have

• Experience with HTML, Salesforce, and Splunk.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, and MS Project.
