TL;DR

Information Security Consultant – ISMS (Cybersecurity): Implementing and maintaining information security management systems for space-sector environments with an accent on ISO 27001, risk assessment, regulatory compliance, and security audits. Focus on assessing complex security frameworks, defining remediation measures, and supporting international cybersecurity projects.

Location: Hybrid in Lisbon, Portugal; occasional travel within Europe approximately 2–3 times per year. Up to 8 weeks per year of teleworking outside the usual geographical area.

What you will do

Implement and maintain Information Security Management Systems for space-sector environments.
Participate in national and international ISMS projects.
Perform information security risk assessments using established methodologies.
Conduct compliance assessments against regulatory and security frameworks.
Participate in internal and external audits.
Define remediation recommendations based on assessment and audit findings.

Requirements

Professional experience or strong interest in information security.
Experience implementing and/or auditing ISO/IEC 27001.
Knowledge of information security risk assessment methodologies such as ISO/IEC 27005.
High-level written and spoken English required for international collaboration.
Ability to travel within Europe approximately 2–3 times per year.

Nice to have

ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Implementer or Lead Auditor certification.
CISM, CISSP, or CRISC certification.
Knowledge of privacy and GDPR, OSINT, ethical hacking, incident management and response.
Knowledge of SecDevOps, ISO 22301, or PCI DSS.
