Director of Product (API & AI Orchestration)

Location: Poland; remote role

Salary: 530,000–540,000 PLN annually, with potential additional bonuses, commissions, equity, or other incentives.

What you will do

• Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, KPIs, and commercial model for the API and AI orchestration platform.
• Build, lead, and grow a product management organization and establish its operating model.
• Define the MCP strategy for safe discovery and use of ABC capabilities by external AI assistants and agents.
• Develop API monetization through usage-based pricing, metering, entitlements, packaging, and platform P&L thinking.
• Improve developer and partner experience across documentation, onboarding, versioning, SDKs, sandbox, and self-service capabilities.
• Lead cross-functional alignment across product, engineering, security, compliance, data, payments, go-to-market, partnerships, and the 400+ partner ecosystem.

Requirements

• 15+ years of product management experience, including leadership of product managers or product managers of managers.
• End-to-end ownership of API, platform, or developer-facing products and experience scaling a platform, API, or ecosystem business.
• Technical fluency with REST and GraphQL APIs, OAuth, scopes, tokens, webhooks, versioning, authentication, authorization, and API governance.
• Ability to translate platform vision into strategy, business cases, organizational design, and prioritized delivery across multiple teams.
• Executive presence and communication skills, including influence at leadership and board level.
• University or college degree, or equivalent relevant experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with Model Context Protocol, AI agent tooling, function or tool calling, or LLM orchestration.
• Experience monetizing platform or API products through usage-based pricing, metering, entitlements, and packaging.
• Exposure to payments, fintech, CRM, or systems of record where compliance, security, and data governance are central.
• Experience in a private-equity-backed or high-growth software environment focused on durable, profitable growth.
• Familiarity with agile methodology, the fitness industry, and modern fitness consumers.
