Product Manager (AI Integration Platform)

Location: Kraków, Poland; remote or hybrid

Salary: 216,000–324,000 PLN annually, plus performance bonus and long-term incentives

What you will do

• Own the roadmap, backlog, goals, and product strategy for an Integration Platform area.
• Lead discovery with internal teams and external developers through interviews, usability testing, experimentation, and customer research.
• Use product metrics, market research, and competitive insights to define direction, measure product health, and prioritize work.
• Collaborate with engineering and architecture on APIs, event-driven systems, orchestration, service-to-service communication, and exploratory technical design.
• Make scoping and prioritization decisions, communicate trade-offs, and manage high-priority defect triage and platform reliability.
• Work with product marketing and cross-functional stakeholders on roadmap communication, customer value, and go-to-market activities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Product Management experience at a technology company, with ownership of a product or product area through at least one lifecycle stage.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies, including AI-powered SDLC environments.
• Working knowledge of APIs, event-driven architecture, and common integration patterns, with the ability to contribute to technical design discussions.
• Experience with customer discovery, usability testing, data-informed product management, and outcome-based prioritization.
• Strong communication, facilitation, analysis, business, technical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills; active use of AI tools for prototyping, research synthesis, and specification drafting.

Nice to have

• 2+ years of experience in a cloud, API, or integration-focused environment.
• Experience with distributed systems, service-to-service communication, APIs, SDKs, webhooks, or developer-facing integration tooling.
• Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) or Agent-to-Agent (A2A) standards.
• Technical education in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or an equivalent field.
• Experience working with OKRs and multiple functional areas, including engineering, UX/UI, marketing, and project management.
