What you will do
- Shape the product strategy for an AI-first developer experience to accelerate organizational cloud transformation.
- Oversee the adoption of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) standards, CI/CD integration, and self-service platform pathways.
- Deliver products that embed AI into the software lifecycle, including agentic workflows and automated operations.
- Mentor and coach junior product managers on product discipline, roadmap alignment, and tactical execution.
- Utilize data-driven insights to define success metrics, monitor product health, and identify strategic opportunities.
- Communicate product vision and roadmap to internal stakeholders, senior leadership, and external customers.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in product management building custom software.
- 1+ years of experience managing and coaching product owners or managers.
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, Pulumi) and CI/CD patterns.
- Proven ability to build or scale AI-enabled developer tools and measure their impact.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear outcomes.
