What you will do

• Collaborate across the organization to craft, communicate, and execute solutions across the platform.
• Lead and motivate a team of Product Managers, defining problem areas and driving execution.
• Develop enterprise product strategies and solutions for matter creation, enrichment, monitoring/reporting, and end-of-lifecycle storage decisions.
• Translate product strategy into clear, actionable user stories for development and coordinate go-to-market strategy.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, and Applied Science to solve user problems and validate hypotheses via mockups, user testing, and experimentation.
• Analyze usage data and metrics to uncover insights and prioritize work based on business and user impact.

Requirements

• English and Polish communication skills (written and verbal).
• 5+ years of experience launching, leading, and supporting software products.
• Strong product leadership: team leadership, requirements gathering, and strategic planning.
• Experience with agile delivery and product management practices (e.g., risk management, prioritization, product launches).
• Analytical and detail-oriented mindset to dissect complex problems and spot issues early.
• Interest in AI and its potential to transform the legal industry.

• Degree in business, computer science, engineering, design, or a related field.
