Principal Product Manager (XDR & Exposure Management) - Security Solutions

Location: Poland; remote-first work environment.

Base salary: 419,400–538,200 PLN annually; no variable compensation component.

What you will do

• Own XDR strategy and delivery across endpoint, cloud, identity, and network detection and response.
• Lead expansion into exposure and vulnerability management, including patch management, device control, host firewall management, remediation workflows, and noise reduction.
• Define how XDR, exposure management, attack surface, and cloud posture capabilities work together, using adjacent signals to improve prioritization.
• Partner with Entity Analytics, Engineering, and Security Labs on asset criticality, entity context, product requirements, and threat-informed detection and exposure scoring.
• Represent the product with CISO and VP of Security Operations stakeholders and set roadmap priorities and deprioritizations.
• Analyze security vendors and MDR providers and create roadmaps, decision memos, competitive briefs, and other product artifacts.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of product management experience, including at least 4 years in security or B2B enterprise software.
• Hands-on knowledge of XDR, EDR, SIEM, security operations, correlation, response automation, and detection engineering.
• Strong understanding of exposure prioritization, asset inventory, exploitability, reachability, and vulnerability remediation.
• Understanding of analytics, data science techniques, and the cyber threat landscape; hands-on modeling is not required.
• Technical credibility, strong requirements-writing skills, executive presence, and experience working across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success.
• Ability to lead across a matrixed organization and work autonomously in a distributed, remote-first environment.

Nice to have

• Practitioner experience as a SOC analyst, detection engineer, or incident responder.
• Familiarity with AI security and attacks against AI, ML, and agentic systems.
