Facilities Sr Representative

What you will do

• Install, relocate, reconfigure, repair, and track office furniture and equipment.
• Coordinate office moves, workspace improvements, conference room setups, artwork placement, and facility projects.
• Perform general building maintenance, workplace upkeep, minor repairs, preventative maintenance support, and facility inspections.
• Monitor facilities work requests, resolve service issues, and complete work orders and related documentation.
• Coordinate vendors, monitor service quality, and provide seasonal outdoor and after-hours facility support when needed.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in facilities, maintenance, office services, building operations, or a related area.
• Hands-on experience with furniture installation, office moves, basic building maintenance, or facility service coordination.
• Strong customer service, organizational, and problem-solving skills; ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Ability to interpret furniture layouts, floor plans, and workspace configurations with attention to detail.
• Ability to lift, move, and assemble office furniture and equipment, with occasional evening or weekend availability.
• Valid driver's license and high school diploma or equivalent.
