What you will do
- Plan and deliver strategic People Team programs end to end using structured delivery methodologies, agile practices, and milestone tracking.
- Build capacity models, optimize workload distribution, and reallocate resources as priorities change.
- Assess operational practices, identify bottlenecks, and design scalable frameworks for the People Team.
- Partner with People Partners, People Operations, and department leaders to define scopes, gather workforce requirements, and align solutions with company objectives.
- Create clear communications for internal rollouts and programs, tailored to scientists, engineers, and operational leaders.
- Manage dependencies and risks, facilitate organizational change, and establish metrics to evaluate program outcomes.
Requirements
- Substantial experience managing complex programs, projects, and organizational change initiatives in high-velocity, research-driven, or technical environments.
- Strong knowledge of core HR disciplines and organizational development.
- Comfort interpreting workforce metrics and qualitative feedback to model capacity and identify organizational trends.
- Ability to structure ambiguous, evolving work while maintaining flexibility to adapt plans.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, facilitation, coaching, organization, and detail-management skills.
- Curiosity about artificial intelligence and computational biology, with an interest in supporting scientific communities.
