Location: Remote for candidates based in Bulgaria, Poland, Romania, or Spain

What you will do

• Own full-cycle hiring for Product Owners and Product Managers, from the initial brief through accepted offer.
• Define candidate profiles, identify relevant talent markets, and source candidates directly.
• Build proactive product-talent pipelines ahead of confirmed hiring demand.
• Assess candidate scope, judgement, relevance, and measurable product impact.
• Lead stakeholder alignment, hiring decisions, and offer conversations through acceptance.
• Use market and candidate evidence to adjust search strategies, profiles, and interview processes.

Requirements

• In-house ownership of product hiring at a technology company.
• Hands-on experience personally building pipelines, qualifying candidates, managing stakeholders, and closing hires.
• Ability to distinguish strong Product Owners from strong Product Managers across different product contexts.
• Numerical ownership of hiring results and the ability to explain which actions improved them.
• Experience recovering difficult product searches, challenging hiring decisions with evidence, improving recruitment processes, and closing difficult offers.
• Must be based in Bulgaria, Poland, Romania, or Spain.
