Recruitment Team Lead

Location: Warsaw, Poland (Hybrid)

What you will do

• Execute and continuously improve recruitment strategy across all hirify.global Group locations.
• Translate strategic priorities into market-specific recruitment plans.
• Build talent pipelines for critical, recurring, and hard-to-fill roles.
• Lead, delegate, and develop the recruitment team while monitoring performance.
• Own the candidate experience from first contact through offer and onboarding.
• Improve onboarding structures, workforce planning, recruitment reporting, and ATS automation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of recruitment experience, including leading or mentoring a recruitment team.
• Experience recruiting across multiple countries or jurisdictions simultaneously.
• Experience in an international organization, ideally in financial or technology services.
• Track record of building or improving recruitment processes from an inconsistent starting point.
• Strong command of ATS or HRIS platforms, recruitment metrics, and reporting.
• Advanced English required.
