About the Role
You own end-to-end recruitment for engineering and business roles, partner with hiring managers on requirements and strategies, source and engage candidates, manage screening and interviews, build pipelines for technical positions, and deliver a strong candidate experience.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition
- Experience hiring software engineering and other technical roles
- Excellent sourcing and candidate engagement skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruitment for engineering and business roles
- Partner with hiring managers to define hiring strategies
- Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
- Screen candidates and manage interviews and offers
- Build pipelines for technical and hard-to-fill positions
- Provide a strong candidate experience and keep hiring processes moving
