What you will do

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from posting and sourcing to interviewing and offer management for assigned roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role profiles and provide market-based feedback on candidate availability.
• Perform active sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and job boards to engage passive talent.
• Map the market and build talent pipelines proactively before roles open.
• Maintain ATS accuracy and provide transparent reporting on hiring progress to stakeholders.
• Iterate on recruitment processes, screening quality, and employer branding to improve hiring efficiency.

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of experience in talent acquisition within an in-house, agency, or executive search environment.
• Proven ability to run several roles in parallel against strict deadlines.
• Expert sourcing skills with the ability to identify and attract candidates who are not actively looking.
• Experience hiring for both corporate and technical functions.
• English: Fluency required.
• Experience in high-growth startups or agency environments; comfort with fast-paced settings.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia, Thai, or Japanese.
