Warehouse Team Leader I- San Antonio

Location: San Antonio, Texas; on-site distribution center and office environment

What you will do

• Lead and supervise an assigned team of hourly Partners, providing daily direction, support, feedback, and performance expectations.
• Make or recommend employment-related decisions, including hiring, promotion, discipline, recognition, and resolution of Partner-related matters.
• Monitor team performance indicators, customer complaints, service recovery, staffing levels, overtime costs, and operational goals.
• Develop Partners through learning and growth opportunities while addressing performance issues.
• Maintain a clean, safe, pest-free, and organized facility in compliance with SOPs, OSHA requirements, and hirify.global guidelines.
• Support warehouse operations in a fast-paced distribution center, including work across multiple temperature zones and flexible schedules.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of related experience or a bachelor's degree.
• Advanced knowledge of department operations and working knowledge of the industry, employment laws, EEOC requirements, and department-level reports.
• Strong organization, time management, verbal and written communication, analytical, project management, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Intermediate proficiency with internal and external software and systems, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail.
• Successful completion of assigned Leadership & Development classes.
• Availability for flexible or rotating schedules, including overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays, plus travel by car or plane with overnight stays.
